"Vince and crew did a great job. Small bathroom model - converted tub to walk-in shower, new vanity, fixtures, fan, paint, etc. Most of the materials were purchased by us with the installation by Flip Flop. Turned out very nice. Would hire again."

"Very responsive and very punctual with the gentlemen arriving as promised.  The faucet and sink disposer/drain were installed and great care was taken to make sure they were installed properly.  With granite counter tops, our new dishwasher had to be secured from the sides instead of from the top.  Oddly, they were perplexed by this and installed it so that it was not fully recessed into the opening rendering the adjacent cabinet unusable (doors and drawer would not open).  It was an easy fix however given there were two brackets provided by the dishwasher manufacturer in the install material that allowed me to simply bolt the bracket in place and attach the extension to the cabinet sides allowing the dishwasher to sit where it should.  Drawer and cabinet access were then restored.  The connections though for water and drainage for the dishwasher were perfect and neat.

He came by that evening, gave me an estimate and went ahead and made the appointment. The following day he came by with his associate took away the old door replaced it with the new. A service person came to my house to explain all the details they would do and also the price they would charge to do it. They were very professional and didn't try to sell me items I would not use.
