He was very knowledgeable as a roofer and explained exactly what needed to be done. Unfortunately, the job was larger than I anticipated, which was due to a previous roofers shoddy installation of the awning. Jamie, the shop foreman, told me that I did have a problem with the roof, and he tried to get me information. He never came through. So, I'm left stuck. "
