"They don't have a huge selection of tires but the ones they have are good. Their prices are reasonable and they usually have a special on when you buy a set of 4 tires. This isn't the first time I've bought tires from them so what I've learned is to get there a few minutes before they open so you can be one of the first into their tire section and be one of the first to have them installed. If you go later plan on it taking a few hours for them to get your tires installed. Anyway, I have a Honda Accord and get the Michelin All Season tires. The last set lasted over 70,000 miles so just had a new set installed. Very happy with the product and service. <br />"

"As a seasoned construction project manager and inspector for over 25 years on multi million dollar commercial and custom projects I know quality workmanship and professionalism when I see it. When it came time to do a complete remodel on my personal home I searched high and low for the best supplier / installer and selected RW Gallion in Spokane Valley for my kitchen and fireplace granite as well as new carpeting throughout the house. <br /> <br /> Randy Gallion and his wife Carolyn are the owners / operators of this business and it is very apparent why this business has been so successful for 60 plus years. <br /> <br /> When we requested assistance's in our planning stage for material suggestions and ideas we were quickly impressed with the variety of ideas and talent that Carolyn Gallion and her design staff had suggested to enhance our endeavor. The ability to combine the perfect colors and materials for that “Wow” factor look we wanted for our home is absolutely stunning, it’s an unbeatable combination of finishes and granite selection. They even suggest a hardwood floor refinisher that we used and were very pleased with. <br /> <br /> I was invited to visit their fabrication shop and witness the sure beauty of the newly installed state of the art computerized granite cutting and finishing equipment. Randy spares no expense to assure his equipment, shop practices and installation crew are top notch and he oversees each step of the project. Their installation, seams and finishes are truly the nicest I’ve ever come across. <br /> <br /> Thank you RW Gallion's. We applaud you and would happily suggest a 5 star rating for your incredible attention to detail and pride of workmanship. Please feel free to share pictures of our before and after project with potential customers. <br /> <br /> Are hats are off to this company for a Job Well Done! <br /> <br /> <br />"

"We purchased carpet and pad from Inland Pacific Flooring a few months ago. The quality is fantastic and the price was better than anywhere we found in Spokane. We are currently remodeling a bathroom. We have been to a ton of places looking for tile, linoleum and hard wood flooring. We were getting very discouraged due to the high prices and bland choices. Then my husband said...and quot;hey, IPF sells this stuff too, lets go there!and quot; And we did.....and in ONE stop, we chose the porcelain tile, mosaic tile, bull nose tiles and linoleum in one simple shot! Tammy made suggestions of things we hadnt even thought of and we ended up going a whole different direction and the results are going to be amazing. In addition to all of this......WE SAVED SO MUCH MONEY THAT WE COULD GET THE HARDWOOD FLOORING FOR THE DINING ROOM!. We saved approximately $600 shopping with IPF and that extra money allowed us to put in a beautiful REAL hardwood floor (not a laminate) in our dining room. I cannot say enough about how helpful and knowledgeable they are there and we thank Tammy from the bottom of our hearts and wallet! Please visit their store. You will be glad you did!!!!!!!!! <br />"

"Jeff was friendly and showed up on time to clean our carpets and air ducts before our new baby was born, while he was here he mentioned the dryer vent which we had as well, I am so thankful he did the work. Our dryer vent was so full and he found our heating system book along with dog hair in our air ducts. Everything is clean and ready for our sweet baby to come!"

"The sales reps brought over samples of various flooring to see what would work best with the layout and entryway and had it installed on schedule before I moved into the house. I've used Linoleum shop several times over the years and am always happy with their service, work and products. I'm not sure if what I put as the price is accurate since it's been awhile since I had this done. I was on a schedule for moving because I needed to be into the house before Thanksgiving; and all the work was done on schedule. Glad to have them as a local business (now known as Caruso's floors) <br />"

FAQs for carpet installation projects in Coeur D Alene, ID

Carpet rolls come in standard widths of 12 and 15 feet. Less commonly, you might find a roll 13.5 feet wide. There are no standard roll lengths, but they’ll have enough to cover almost any home.

You’ll need equal amounts of carpet padding and carpet. Carpet padding costs $200 to $500 for the average room. However, the padding is trimmed a couple of inches away from the wall on all sides to make room for tack strips. Most residential installs have padding, and professionals include this in their bids.

Often, the best carpet for basements doesn’t include a pad. You’ll find this mainly in humid areas or places with a high-water table.

One linear foot of carpet or other material is simply one foot measured in a straight line. You typically aren’t going to measure carpet this way. It’s quoted in square feet or square yards.

There are nine square feet in one square yard of carpet.

The amount of carpet you need to cover two rooms varies depending on the room size and configuration. Measure the floor space. Multiply width times length. Do this for both rooms and add the numbers together.

You’ll need between 80 and 110 square feet for 13 stairs. For unique stairwells, you might need more.

Measure indoor/outdoor carpet like you would any other area, taking the width times the length. For patios, make sure to add a couple extra inches to wrap around the edges. Indoor-outdoor carpets cost an average of $3.50 per square foot.

You’ll need enough carpet to cover the entire area of damage to avoid seams. For example, if you have a 4-inch tear in the middle of a hallway, you’ll want enough carpet to stretch from door to door or the next available seam. Depending on the type of carpet you have, you might be able to get a professional to do an invisible seam repair.

One square foot of carpet is one foot long by one foot wide.
