"After extensive research into all of the options available, I decided to have my kitchen renovation done by John Dolan. The kitchen design phase went well and all of the decisions I made (with the advisement of John, Caroline or Lorraine) ended up working out well. Once the demolition started, I was very impressed by how careful the workman were in protecting the rest of my space and that of my neighbors. Not a single complaint by my negighbors - in fact, they had compliments for how unobtrusive the renovation went. The workmanship in every step of the renovation has been excellent with meticulous attention to detail. They removed a ceramic floor and replaced it with oak that matches perfectly with the light oak in the adjacent living room. I could not be more pleased and very grateful I decided to go with John Dolan."

"It did go so well! I know Frank Similia for many years, and he has done many projects for my company. Hi quality of work is excellent, his product is top notch, and all in Frank is perfect. I have to admit that sometimes I need Frank to guide me, not that I feel lost, but the assurance and certainty he does things it gives me security. I feel very confident about his skills, personality, and professionalism. Without any doubt, I never go somewhere else, when I have someone powerful to help me. "Communication with the owners was easy and timely, but very disappointed in the attention to detail and overall oversight of the job on Redman's part with their sub-contractors. We constantly had to directly let the outside workers know of our plans even though we had already discussed items with Redman. We had to ask them to clean up after themselves (one contractor said he never owned a tarp before) and have the electrician come back numerous times to fix things. Overall timeline was met and we are happy with overall design and functionality, but had to aggressively press at the end before our move in date. Items that we were disappointed in - nails showing through new cabinetry (purchased separately), holes still showing in the plastered ceiling and recessed lighting holes cut too big, so that the lights are loose. Tile Contractor was the best by far."

"Liam Neary is a total pro. He came in after a previous contractor had ripped out my kitchen and left me in the lurch, and from day one, he turned the whole experience around. I interviewed a lot of contractors, but Liam stood out immediately—he was the kindest, most honest, and most fair of the bunch. He installed my kitchen cabinets and absolutely nailed it. Every detail was done with care and precision. His timeline was quick, his prices were fair, and the quality of the work was top-notch. He showed up exactly when he said he would, kept me informed every step of the way, and made sure the job was done right—not just fast. Working with Liam was a breath of fresh air. He’s reliable, communicative, and genuinely cares about his work. I’d hire him again in a heartbeat—and if you’re lucky enough to book him, you’ll see why."

"MMP was fantastic. They were easy to work with and did great work. We only had trouble with 2 sub-contractors during this project (Granite & Kitchen design) and they were the sub-contractors that my wife and I selected ourselves outside of MMP... we wish we had used MMP for everything because they did such a good job. I can't recommend them enough. We'd definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone."

"Flavio is an artist with tiles and enjoys his work. He and his wife were very professional and fair. They had a written contract that they were willing to negotiate reasonably. He and his crew showed up when they said they would cleaned up after their work . He returned extra tiles to the store to save me money and showed receipts.Over all a pleasure to work with."
