Repairs are holding, no leaks.  House had not had occupants or water service for several months and was undergoing renovation.  Previous plumbing was cut-rate so things had to be straightened out and repaired.  I found their prices reasonable considering some of the jobs were 2-man and they were very prompt and accommodating.  Matt understood the situation and went out of his way to provide information to save me money.  They have a fixed rate for some repairs or can do it hourly, and I appreciate the flexibility.  This has been a very challenging situation but at all times they were punctual, professional, effective and accommodating.

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
