"Service Professional was very open and honest about his work and willing to work with the customer."

"Anji recommended four plumbers. Cassidy was the first to respond on Friday afternoon. One other plumber responded but I could not understand his heavy accent, and he asked me if I wanted him to replace the whole burner assembly. That made no sense to me and I questioned him about it. Suddenly he became "too busy" and hung up the phone. Another plumber didn't respond until Monday morning. Too late. The fourth plumber never responded at all. Cassidy asked if it was an emergency or could wait until Monday. I said Monday. and asked what time? I did not get an answer on Friday. Around 8:30P I called and got an answering service which told me that I wouldn't get a response until Monday because their office closed at 8:00P. I had asked about what time on Monday before 6:00P George arrived Monday morning. He was friendly. He knew what he was doing. He replaced the thermocouple. All work was done neatly and professionally. We have hot water again. I'd use Cassidy again."

"Affordable Heating and Cooling did an amazing job installing my new split system on New Years Eve!! Dave the owner, was in constant communication with me from start to finish and was meticulous with all aspects of the project. They were very neat and cleaned everything back to the way it looked before the project began. A pleasure to work with and he even gave me a bunch of free advise about other aspects of my nearly 100 year old heating system. They will be my first call if I have any other heating or cooling needs!"

"Need second opinion. Extremely extensive and expensive repair doubtful according to others we have spoken with."

"Great! Mark upgraded my tankless heater and an electrician he works with upgraded my electricity. I now have steamy hot water for showers!"

"Excellent! Mr. Water Heater was very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. It has been a while since we had a full inspection of our plumbing and was pleased to know all was good! I also received a $75 discount for presenting their flyer! Definitely will be using them for any plumbing needs moving forward."

"It went very well.  Barido accommodated our work schedule on Monday 2/1, and sent a service tech out shortly before 4 p.m. as requested. He was professional and courteous, and had our furnace up and running in just about an hour.  It was a pleasure doing business with them.

"The toilet has been working great for quite some time now. They showed up a little late at the time, but other than that, absolutely no complaints."
