"Terrible, technician left and I still had a leaky sink. Said that I would have to make another appt. “Bullied” me into getting a $800.00 garbage disposal two months prior to avoid pipes clogging, two months later, same clogging !!! Technician went in my basement and told me I needed a new sump pump. Cellino is trying to get as much money from me as they can, without finishing their repair work. Never again. Horrible customer service and technicians have absolutely no idea what they are doing."

I got hold of Cellino who came in a few hours and corrected the problem. The tech was very knowledgeable and had the job done in no time. Excellent job and of course 5 stars. Had I waited I probably would have had a lot of damage to my bathroom. "

"Marksman responded quickly (on a Sunday). They arrived at 7 AM and worked for 3-4 hours inly stopping to go to church. We were desperate with for water(tenant had had recent surgery) for water; the sewer back up was a nightmare. Mike at Marksman did spectacular very thorough work. They were honest, kind and compassionate enough to work on a Sunday. I will always call them."
