"Robin and crew did a very nice job. They were very polite and punctual and were able to get my broken hot water tank replaced pretty quickly in the dead of winter. They accommodated moving my new water heater to a different/preferred area of the basement. They worked hard all day without a lunch break and the work was very tidy- things were done quite cleanly and efficiently. They cleaned up afterward and everything looked great. Robin's communication with me was always prompt and excellent, including a follow-up call after installation. I can't write a review yet about the tankless brand itself because it's still quite new, but so far so good- we're enjoying the instant hot water and not worrying about running out of hot water!"

"I purchased and angie's list deal for $99 for a service call and 1 hour labor. Provider arrived on time. I had him take a look at the dishwasher which was accumulating water at the bottom. It ended up being a problem with a dishwasher part and not the garbage disposal, as they do not do dishwasher repairs he was not able to fix it but did provide me with recommendations to fix the problem. I also had a clogged toilet which he unplugged and has been working great since!
