"The Lanes Roofing crew arrived at daylight to set up. Care was taken to protect my shrubby and lawn, just as I was told they would. Work on the roof began shortly, and they completed the job by day's end. My neighbors said it was impressive. The next day, two gentlemen returned to finish some caulking, to inspect the work, and to thoroughly go over the yard and flower beds to complete the cleanup. I think my new roof is beautiful. "Hamdan Quality Roofing was able to provide a great product at a very good price point. Other companies are potentially 1.5x or 2x the price. They can provide a good price because they are family owned/operated, they own a metal roll forming machine where other may not, and they make their own fittings (z-bar, ridge cap, w-valley channel, end caps, etc). It is very important to understand the differences in what you get with metal roofing products as there are so many variations and they are transparent about the different products. They can quote agricultural panels (exposed fastener panels), shingles, and standing seam (concealed fastener). I went with a 24-gauge metal standing seam (concealed fastener). They were able to put it right overtop of the first layer of shingles (with a synthetic barrier) which some other contractors may or may not quote it that way. They own their own metal roofing roll forming machine (Englert Machinery - model FP1101), they purchased large rolls of metal from CMG metals, and they had a metal bending machine in their trailer to bend their fittings (ridge cap, z-bar, w-valley flashings, drip edge, eave end cap, ect). The panels were made on site which was cool to watch. They installed S-5 Colorgard snow bars. Some hiccups with the permitting but it was approved by the township after the township dropped the ball on a couple things. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install a metal standing seam roof."

The team quickly and safely replaced our entire roof including shingle removal, sheeting replacement and water proofing membrane, before the metal was installed. I am extremely pleased with the roof. "As can happen, the project started out slow. Ryan was a little late the first day. But we discussed it, and he made up for it by getting right to work. He had a couple of guys with him, and they all worked very hard taking out the old deck, and getting ready to put the new one in it's place. During the project, we had a couple of hiccups (which I was quick to point out...lol). However, Ryan took care of them right away. And, as anyone who has ever done home repairs can tell you, sometimes unexpected things come up. Ryan went out of his way to take care of them as well. As for the new deck, I had a very detailed design that I wanted executed, and Ryan and his guys did a great job making my vision a reality. Bottom line, I am so pleased that I will keep him in mind for any other jobs that I may decide to do in the future."
