He fixed and replaced the flashing and covered it with plastic wood. He recommended this for aesthetics and to help prevent any further degradation. Adding an additional unforeseen cost, we feel that the cost was competitive and fair for the amount of time, material and attention to detail."

"L&L made several visit including Saturday and Sunday to evaluate the job and made several suggestions as to the best way to replace the roof without any damage to the interior of our house.They promised to pick a good day to do the job and complete the job in one day. They arrived at about 7:30 AM with a crew of about 10 workers and had the complete roof replaced and the yard completely cleaned up before 4:30 PM. This included new lead flashing for the chimney and replacing 2 sheets of plywood. In addition they guaranteed the workmanship of the roof for as long as we owned the house. We had no problems at all.

They spent a lot of time on prep work, which is very important, and we were generally very happy with the paint job with some minor issues. "I?m very happy with the appearance of my roof and the warranty. The clean up was top notch. There were a couple of nails leftover but they were in unnoticeable places. Considering there were probably 1,000 nails that came off my roof, they did great. The price is high compared to other companies but I got what I payed for. I now have a very efficient ventilation system, ice and water shield to prevent ice damming, a breathable underlayment, and copper infused shingles. Btw the warranty is 50 years AND transferable. Again, I?m very happy with my new roof."

"The young man that came to see my missing shingles on my roof, was professional, informed, and polite. The only issue was that the company does NOT conduct repair as I needed. The company only replaces the entire roof. I am glad he came and advised about replacing the roof if we decide to do that and decide that we can afford it. Right now I need to repair the missing shingles. and he/ his company can not help me."
