"It was diagnosed by technician and repaired on site, excellent service and due to the covid19 the technician came all protected and disinfect surfaces and areas where he was working.?"

"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"This is the second time Larry has done repairs for us, and once again he provided outstanding service. He came the very next day after we contacted him, quickly diagnosed the problem with our oven, and fixed it without needing to replace any parts. Larry is honest, knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. We highly recommend him and will definitely call him again if we need appliance repairs."
