He kept us notified when he would be here to complete the repair. He was punctual professional and polite. No up selling, Evaluated the roof and provided the information on it's condition. There are a lot of questionable roofers in the area. We are thankful we could find someone that does what they promise. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY!"

I told them its fresh water, not salt water. We are 20 miles away from saltwater. So he said he would get back with me. Karen at G and G told me, that they dont keep that number. So, I cant prove who made the metal and who I talked to about the warranty. Ive got $33,000 invested in this roof. And now, they tell me they sold the business and the new owner does not responsible for anything that had done. Jamie, the shop foreman told me that I did have a problem with the roof, and he tried to get me information. He never came through. So, Im left stuck. "

He came over, inspected our roof and got us an estimate w/ in a hour or so. He said he could schedule us in a week or two. He arrived as promised, with his father- also Ben- and they had the damage repaired in one day. They both came back the next day to clean and seal our whole roof. They did a great job with the repair and the roof looks great after they applied the sealant. They are very professional, personable, and hard working.
