"Completely satisfied! Contacted them about 2 weeks after the recent storm. Jimmy showed up and provided two estimates to us, one for metal and one for shingles. This was the third set of estimates I had received while deciding who should do the work. I am so glad I went with this company. Of all my hurricane Michael repairs and dealing with contractors these guys were the most professional. There is not even a close second. Because I went with a 5V crimp metal to retain and "old Florida" look on my home, I was advised of an extended timeline to complete the work. Essentially I experienced no delays, just had to wait as had been described to me before I signed the contract. Each and every call I ever made to Jimmy and/or Bryce were immediately answered or if missed quickly returned. The work of their metal crew was fantastic and the roof looks sharp. I have a 44 sq complex roof line with multiple peaks, gables, valleys, and corners. They tied them all together better than my wife and I had hoped. "Replacing a roof is not a glamorous task as there is lots of old roof debris to discard. Our house roof pitch and gable design didn’t make it easy to place a dumpster container in the driveway to slide everything into. Proguard Restoration and their crew manually removed all the debris on to tarps and hand carried them to the dumpster container. After everything was completed you would have never know they were there. Cleanup was perfect! There was even an issue with one of the tarps that accidentally went into the pool and Proguard Restoration had a Pool Company come and clean it afterwards. A special thanks to Randall Moore for the great communication throughout the entire process and for taking care of a few punch list items. We could not be more pleased with Proguard Restoration and would highly recommend them for any project. Thank You for our incredible new roof!!"

"Roofing USA were very professional throughout. They were punctual, although the work got done a few weeks later than planned but such delays happen in this industry. They seem to have done a good job with the Gaco coating, although I did have to ask them to come back after they were done to redo a few patches that didn't get a thick enough layer. They were happy to do that. They only had to resurface part of my roof - the rest is a walkable roof deck - and they did leave many spots of Gaco on the roof deck which I had to ask them to come back and remove. I though the price was expensive but it was easily going to work out cheaper than the other two companies I contacted. They also had the least disruptive plan for working around my AC/heating unit. I got a higher bid from A+ Sustainable Coatings, and Hollywood Roofing told me I would have to hire a crane to lift that unit off the roof while they worked, which they said would be about $2500. I never did get a complete bid from them but with that extra cost I assumed it wouldn't be competitive, and I didn't think the crane was necessary. With Roofing USA, the price worked out at about $7 per square foot."
