"I made a mistake and didn't realize the company didn't actually come to the home, but did the consultation over the phone with photos."

"Mr. tolbert was always on time, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about his job every aspect of his job. I liked working with him because he gave his prices upfront, his prices did not change at the end, of the work. The work was very professionally done. I have had no leaks no problems of any kind since. I also forgot to mention that a pipe burst inside the wall in the guest bathroom shower there was a leak. He put a couple of holes in the sheet rock took out the old copper piping put in new fixed up the sheet rock and gave me an excuse to paint the inside of the guest closet orange. I am very very happy with the work that Mr. Tolbert provides. I myself am a New Yorker new to the south and I like things done in a particular manner. Mr. Tolbert is very qualified. I would suggest you give him a try. You can't not go wrong. These days with plumbers what they try to charge is ridiculous I've believe you will find this to Tolbert to be reasonable."

"She was fine. We were working long distance and communication took place via phone and email. I would not ever hire someone long distance again for design work unless I see something on their website that is exactly what I like. She was very responsive though and she provided us with pictures of sample furniture and physical designs. I gave her a 'B' because she didn’t take a lot of time to customize the plan to our style. I expected her to adapt to our style, but instead she tried to make our living room fit her style. She seems to have a look that is her style and we actually asked her re-do the plan a few times before we got something usable. In the end, she is very good at what she does and she is very professional, but her design style doesn’t fit our way of living."

"Excellent! We needed a serious update in our dated kitchen and bathrooms and we couldn't be happier. Awesome ideas, great communication, very timely and a lot of care put was into the work done. We will definitely use Kynd Construction for our next project!"

"See notes above. My experience couldn't have been better. It's good to know someone as competent and reliable as these folks. There isn't any home building or renovatiion or repair work that I wouldn't be comfortable asking them to perform."

"It was a great experience! Thank you so much for the work dome in a timely and professional manner L"

"It was great he did a good job"

"Eddie came by within hours of my calling to provide an estimate; he helped my wife and I ppick colors, recommended paint types and gave me a detailed run down of what needed to be done to make the job look perfect. His work was top notch. Eddie is my painter of choice for price, quality, and professionalism."

"They were very punctual and excellent at keeping the mess contained to the one room.  Clean up was excellent too."

"I thought the estimate was a bit off as he wanted 70% up front. I thought that was a little too much for materials for that and I was always told not to put that much up front when you get work done. That seemed like an awful lot to me, that's why I rejected it.

He delayed me a few times when he said he would show up to do the estimate. The final estimate was not what I would consider, the amount was in the area of the other contractors, but the up front percent was off.  Never meeting him in person, his diagram, and all that I would say a B on professionalism."
