"The end result was good.  But the first cleaning of the shag rug was not adequate, but the Coit team also recognized this and volunteered to take this back for recleaning.  Upon it's second delivery, the rug looked good.  The carpets were cleaned well, and they came back to remove the puckers in carpet that developed upon the first cleaning.  We were pleased with the professional attitude of the Coit crews. <br />"

"They measured the area I needed carpet in less then 20 mins and were extremely professional. The next day I showed up at their facility to pick out the carpet I was wanting and they gave me a quote. The staff there were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Their prices are very competitive as well! they showed up the beginning of next week and installed my carpet. The installation was executed very well. only concern was their hours. They're only open 7-5 m-f which is same hours i work. so I had to take off work early from work for them to measure my room, but this may not be an issue with everyone else. <br /> Overall, I was extremely pleased with the experience and service provided by Williams Carpet. "Everything was great until the install.  at the time, my father was dying of cancer.  We had set up the install on a certain day, and had planned on getting the furniture out of the rooms, but they called a day or so early and said they could come that morning, something had cancelled. I was like, great!  So a small crew came over (2 guys), and the supervisor did not.  They had the carpet with them, and had started getting it ready. Supervisor  finally came after I called Wood's.  He told the other guys to help us empty the rooms, and he would be back.  Then we found out that he was going back and forth to another job.  I called Woods again and was very upset, because they had said this would take about 3 hours and I needed to go see my dad.  The owner told me to go ahead and leave, she would take care of it. It eventually got done, but was a stressful day for me.  I have not had that problem anywhere else. <br />"
