They replaced the icemaker line for the fridge from the basement with a sturdier pvc line, installed a toilet that I had bought (and they even carried it inside in the rain from my car), snaked the outside drain in my basement stairwell, and replaced a showerhead that I was not able to get loose on my own. They made quick work of everything and even had a spare part with them that they let me use, which was for the toilet (that my Kohler toilet did not come with).
