This project included the removal of all the old shingles; replacement of several sheets of plywood; the installation of: ice and water shields, sidewall flashing, chimney flashing, & ridge vent; and then the installation of: GAF underlayment, new GAF architectural shingles, and gutter guards. We were extremely pleased with the contractors timely and professional work. Detailed time was taken to assure that our needs & association requirements were met. All work (including dumpster placement & removal) was completed in one day. We highly recommend that Keven Hall of Inspired Exteriors be contacted by homeowners when considering the replacement of their roof. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns in a patient and professional manner. His crew was punctual, very respectful and performed a fantastic job. They had a bit of bad weather with the heat wave at the beginning of the job and horrible rains at the end of the job which, I'm sure, made it very challenging for them; however, regardless, they performed a fantastic job and I absolutely LOVE my new siding and gutters.
