"Tom Hawks had the best pricing out of the 4 people that I had come and do estimates for our requested work.  He was super easy going and easy to work with.  All of our projects were completed on time.  The hardwood flooring refinishing is just beautiful, they did a wonderful job.  It was also easy to explain to Tom what specific items I wanted for our doors (I have very specific taste) and he did all he could to make sure I got what I wanted.  Some of the pricing came in over estimate but that was simply because we did not know all of our doorways would need custom sized doors.  Tom explained that to me when I asked him about the difference in price.  Overall I was very pleased with the work that was done and would suggest Total Home Solution to others for any home remodeling needs.

"Everything about this project went the way we wanted it to. We cannot imagine how it could have gone any better. We needed the work to be done in the shortest time window possible since a disabled parent had to be temporarily located to another part of house during the work. Dan and his son were able to schedule us in and he completed the work extremely quickly. The quality of the work on all aspects is outstanding! Most remodeling projects sometimes present some challenges and surprises. "We had a leak in our garage due to roof damage caused by an old satellite (that Direct TV refused to remove years ago after we cancelled service). A large area of the garage ceiling (about 8’ x 10’) had water damage and needed new drywall. JA Drywall was very professional and quick to respond to emails and phone calls. They scheduled and completed the job quickly. I would definitely hire again."

"Called Merryfield in early June to get a quote for replacing a leaky garden window in our kitchen.  George came out a few days later and spent a good while talking with me about the pros and cons of replacing the garden window with a similar model, or a simpler two-panel window.  I agreed that day to have him install the simpler window.  He said he needed to order it and would get back to me when it arrived at the end of the following week.  I hadn't heard anything even into the week after the window was supposed to arrive so I called to find out the status.  George said the window hadn't arrived yet but that it was coming soon.
Cutting to the chase, I had to call him again to find out what was going on, but he set up his schedule to install the window shortly after my second call.  When he came with an assistant to do the work, you can tell he cares about his work and finishing a quality job.  The window was installed well and he removed the old one.
Overall, a job well done and I would recommend using George, but would ask for some more proactive communication."
