"Lonnie saved me thousands of dollars. He figured out that I didn't need a line out to the back of my yard. He was able to fix me right up for a fraction of the original estimate by my usual plumber. While Lonnie and his crew were covering up the trench the other plumbers dug, they accidently damaged two of my sprinklers. I told him I wanted them fixed, and he told me he would do it. Now I didn't really expect that I would ever see him again, but he was true to his word. He replaced both sprinklers. He is a man of his word, and I highly recommend him."

"I was expecting and prepared to have to tunnel or break concrete, but Morgan Leak Detection came in, located the leak and was able to bypass the bad line and reroute it with only a few simple to patch holes in the drywall. They were able to get a repair I expected to cost $7000 down to $2000. They are definitely not the cheapest guys in town if compared task for task, but they close the gap in service, honesty, and efficiency. I wanted a specialist for my problem and I was willing to pay to get the best. They delivered and I believe saved me a great deal of money in the long run. I had a friend with a similar problem a few weeks ago who got a huge quote from another plumber. I told her to give Morgan a call. Again, they found the leak and were able to perform a reroute that saved her money over the tunneling proposed by the other guy and Morgan was able to get to the job sooner to boot. "I had Acevedo Plumbing come out to fix a leaking outside faucet. I was so impressed with their work I called them back out to install a faucet on the kitchen. Extremely efficient, thorough and reliable! Highly recommend!"

"The original problem was a backed up sewer line. What turned out was the main pipe had become corroded and tree roots already invaded it along a span of three feet of pipe. The mere clearing of this main line was futile and I already paid a previous plumber for this. Joey’s Co. ran a video camera and showed me the problem live and advice me to cut the section of the pipe and replace. Also, two toilets in the home were old and working inefficiently and needed to be replaced immediately. Also, I learned that with cast iron pipes, you need to run more pressure water or else you stand to cause plugs in the line. Part of the service provided this day was to inform and educate me and my family in the construction and materials used in old homes like mine. This is the 2nd time we have used this company.The water line to the refrigerator was in the slab in the wall behind the refrigerator that we were relocating. He chiseled out the concrete and  capped the line. Then ran a new line to the refrigerator. Did a stellar job. I would highly recommend them.

"Project went great! I received calls and estimates from two companies found via Angie's List the same day requesting service online. I selected Ace Repair Plumbing because the service technician Ryan Cryer and his assistant were more thorough in checking out work to be done and, also, discovered in doing so that I needed a new water cutoff valve in my condo unit. While providing the estimate for my shower faucet replacement, they checked out my toilet that felt loose and found it was not anchored properly. They pulled the toilet, replaced whatever part the toilet is seated to (?), properly screwed it down, and then reset the toilet. It's solid. Yeah. We scheduled work to replace my water cutoff valve and shower faucet hardware for the first day the following week that the condo engineer could cut off water to the entire building. Ryan and assistant were on site as soon as water was scheduled off and replaced valve quickly. Water to the property was restored within an hour. Ryan was able to provide the Delta shower head and faucet assembly I wanted and complete its installation within another hour or so. He even installed an access panel through sheetrock behind shower faucet. I'm impressed with the quality of work done. Excellent company. Terrific staff."

"This time because of the scope of brick work, the work came under the heading of Mark Master's General Contractor segment; and a different technician.   Instead of 1 Brick, it was 5; and cutting and replacing pipe. Not only did he do a very nice job on the brickwork, but also saved as much pipe as possible under the brick to be effective and efficient.  The results is everything is high and dry for almost 2 weeks now and it is hard to see where the repair was done.  My water meter no longers moves without there being an open faucet.  I like knowing the work is also guaranteed for 30 days and that Mark Masters does respond to a call-back.

It could have been very sad if the pipe had broken behind the brick... much bigger scope of work.... much bigger bill.

My lesson; listen closer to what the expert says; not just the cost of work.  Chris was very nice and called it 'warranty' work because he did the initial work.  I am happy; happy he had a General Contracting Team to go with a Plumbing Team.  So happy that I am writing not just one Review of Work, but 2; because there were 2 trips to my house.
