"This was a good experience!. I researched and obtained 4 estimates, drove to look at examples of their work and reviewed the details of the contracts. Texas Backyard Living was not the least expensive but included the experience I wanted and the guarantee I preferred. I was especially concerned about the size and materials of a dog window I requested and they worked hard to meet my needs. Luckily, they were able to start within days from acceptance and finished within 2 days, except for some minor cleanup. My backyard was exposed 1 day & night only, which was comforting to me. The finished product is wonderful. I am happy to recommend this company to anyone wanting good quality for a reasonable price. The sales manager Kimbra Pervine was especially responsive to me."

"We needed to replace some Eze Breeze windows and fix a leaky roof in our sunroom.  We called Sunshine Sunrooms and the representative was very nice.  We also received a followup phone call and were give an estimate based on the information we provided.  However, no one ever came to do the work.  We called again but no one showed up.  <br /> <br /> Called a 3rd time and had a completely different experience.  I received a call back that day and was able to schedule an appointment for Jim to come out to our house.  Jim showed upon on time on the scheduled date/time.  Note that this was on a day when there were torrential rain storms in the DFW Metroplex where Lake Lewisville gained 10ft of water!  Jim did a FANTASTIC job of explaining all the available options for fixing our sunroom and providing all the pros and cons of each option.  He called back write away with a very reasonable estimate and he said he would send us a contract so he can start the work.   I am looking forward to having Sunshine Sunroom do the work and i will update this review after the work has been completed. <br /> <br /> This review was updated based on my most recent experience so far. <br /> <br /> UPDATE: Sunshine Sunrooms has completed the work as promised. They did a grate job and I am very happy with the work they have done.  There have been no leaks since they did their work.  I will be contacting them in the future to re-roll the panes for my older windows. <br />"

"It&#39;s hard to find reliable, trustworthy repair people of any kind. Well, I found H&amp;K and the reviews led me to hire them. I cannot stress how impressed I was with Henry&#39;s attention to detail, pride in his work and friendliness. He explained what it would take to do the job and the cost. I had to have a bridge cabinet cut down to fit a combination microwave/vent hood over the range. He did this expertly and even helped install the microwave/vent hood. He also had to do some electrical to that same cabinet. Our job also included tile backsplash on two walls. Henry went way above just doing a good job, he went the extra mile to make sure the wife and I were satisfied..................... WITHOUT ASKING or pushing him, like some contractors you run in to. If you need any home repair done, H&amp;K would be one of the first, if not the first, to contact for a bid. I won&#39;t bother getting quotes from another. Once I find a good contractor for what I need, I stick with them, and I have their card in my select few of various contractors I trust. Thanks again Henry, and Kristy, you guys are great!!"
