"No he installed the unit and it didn?t work for a week. He finally got it to work and then it stopped after three days. He made excuse after excuse and got it to work again for a few days. He told me my home was old and he would call his electrician buddy to check out the wiring. I told him no and paid my own electrician to check my wiring and I was informed the problem was with the unit he installed. I asked him to take it out and he advised that he could fix it and I gave him another chance. Three weeks later and the unit still wasn?t working. I called trane due to the warranty on the unit and they recommended another company to check the unit. I was advised that he put it in backwards, the unit was blowing into the attic instead of the rooms, and he used old parts and it wasn?t properly vented. I ended up paying another company to place a new unit in my home after he refused to take the one he placed in my home out!"
