"Tina, the owner of the company, worked hard and effectively. She got the job done with cleanliness and superb service. Our granite countertops were a mess. They are beautiful now and I would highly recommend her company."

"All in all was a great experience! Sales man was very nice and helpful. Damahco the owner was very nice and worked with me to get it done!"

"It was good, and fine."

"Melvin did a beautiful job repairing the tile in our swimming pool. It was an older pool and the tile was breaking loose in a certain section. Melvin went out of his way to find a tile that would match because the original was no longer available. He finished the job in a timely manner and we were very pleased with the results!"

"The gentleman called within 30 minutes of posting, was in the area and came by to view the job and give me an estimate for repair. I was totally satisfied with the bid and he completed the job at that time. I couldn't have asked for a more professional, courteous, and competent businessman."

"Josh did a excellent job on repairing a rock column on my front porch. He matched it perfectly and it looks amazing"

"I received new-day service. The workers were onetime and were finished in a couple of hours. The result looks great. I will call them again, if the need arises."

"It went smooth and the workers were very professional and completed the job with satisfactory and also cleaned up their mess afterwards. I would recommend them fir all you present and future projects."

"We met and decided on a plan to fully repaint (not touch up) the walls
and trim of the majority of the house. They gave a formal estimate for
full repainting as agreed. After the work began, I stopped by to see how
things were going. The contracted painter that was there working told
me that his instructions from Arches were to only do touch up work where
necessary. I showed him the contract, and he agreed to do a full paint
job instead. Right then, I called the company and asked for a status
update on the project, and asked to be reminded of what was being done,
and they told me it was to be a full paint job on the walls and trim.
So, they were telling me one thing, and the painter something completely
different. Later, the painter told me that Arches tried to only pay him
only for touch up work, and that he had to argue with them to get
things settled. He said he didn't think it was right to treat a
customer that way, and he ended up painting more than they paid him for.
I would highly recommend not using this company. If you do decide to
use this company, be very wary and make sure they actually do the work
they say they will do. It could have been a simple miscommunication
between the painter and the contractor, or it could have been an attempt
to charge me for a full paint job, and only pay the painter for a touch
up.  I honestly don't know which it was, but I can't help but wonder
what would have happened had I not stopped by.

The quality of the work done on the job was excellent, however."
