"We recently found Freezing Cold Appliance Repair through Angi’s List when our refrigerator and freezer stopped working properly. They were out to diagnose in less than 24 hours and then back again the next day to replace the compressor. Our issues ended up being more complex than originally suspected but they responded immediately to any questions and concerns we had and they were incredibly persistent in taking the time to figure it out and wouldn’t give up until we were back in working order. Communication was fantastic, open and honest. They were reliable and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of appliance repair. Should we have any issues with our appliances in the future, they will be the first team we call."

"Came on time with two men. It was a two man job! I had had problems with Sears appliance repair, so was expecting the worse. They knew what they were doing. I haven’t written this review for months because usually things again break down months after the repair. Not so with this company. Drum is working fine! I had gotten the parts from Sears and many companies weren’t willing to repair, because I had the parts. They were willing to help me. They didn’t need all the parts ordered, so some could be returned. These are honest, hardworking people. Later needed some different repair. (I love my washing machine and don’t want a new one). Second repair was motor and belt. Cost of the 2nd repair was $355.10 which was a fair price when I checked it."
