When they began the repairs, Ricky was discovered that he would be able to repair rather than replace the gutter. We were already set for the replacement--piece was on the truck--but Ricky was very helpful in finding a better way. We were ready with the checkbook to pay more for what we had agreed on. They could have easily made more money on the deal. I take this as a sign of a conscientious approach with the long term rather than the quick buck in mind. And the work backed that up. "I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

"The work went very well as you can see by the 5star ratings above. Winter storms in my area were the cause of bringing a large tree down on the back of my house. Mr.Croson and his team worked like a well oiled machine, and in what I feel is a short amount of time, they were able to remove and replace the damaged gutter,siding and deck rails, even cleaned up and removed debris from the tree that I left behind. The repair work that was performed on my deck was done in such a manner of precision and accuracy that I had them continue to replace the entire decking beyond the damaged section. I am also a contractor, although not in the carpentry trade, and as the continued rise of material cost seems unstoppable, I find it difficult to keep my projects at or under budget. Mr. Croson was more than fair to me with his price , he and his team worked effectively and completed the project ahead of schedule even though I added more work after they began."

"The owner is fantastic, he was able to get the job done with a few days of me calling because I was having floors installed. My only problem was that they accidentally painted part of a wall that was already painted, fixed it but not so that it isn't noticeable, there is a large drip on the wall and they didn't put a second coat on one of the walls. All minor things, but in the future I will take a closer look at any jobs I hire them to do in the future. <br />"
