The installer cleaned up the area during, and after the install. The shelving units were pretty much what we discussed & paid for. "I couldn't have been happier with this company. Day 1 - Erik expertly determined the location of the 'break' And gave me excellent pricing. Day 2 - R.J., Neil, and Elijah hand dug in very hard packed and rock-filled soil. Location was "dead on" and yard damage minimal. Turned out there was no break - the sewer was gone! Taken by a contractor at an adjoining property. When challenged he became verbally abusive. With nothing to "connect to" a revised work order was required, and again the charges were more than reasonable. Day 3 - C.J. (water and sewer supervisor) came with the crew to deal with the abusive contractor and run an excavator. Site continued to be challenging, and it took a long time but not due to any fault by the MSC team. Day 4 - They returned to fill in the hole, and seed/straw the lawn. Even though the job ran longer than expected, they honored their very reasonable prices. Started early, worked late. HONORABLE, PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE - 10 stars!!"
