"He texted me soon after submission and offered a time the next day. He showed up within the window. He disassembled the dreyer, found the two items with failed bearings, replaced them, re-assembled the dryer and confirmed it was running correctly. Paid with credit card and he was on his was; all in about 30 minutes. He made it look so easy for something that would have taken me hours plus the time to find the trouble part, and get new ones."
