When we come to your home we are not looking to waste your time by spending 2 hours on a sales pitch full of videos. We simply seek to understand what is happening at your home or business, educate you on what we find and consult with you on several options for repair. We are new to the industry as a company but there is no one on our team who does not have multiple years of experience either designing Foundation Solutions or installing those solutions. We saw a need for a company that provides straight and honest answers and leaves the buying decision in the hands of the customer where it belongs. "Had our back foundation wall waterproofed, the basement window enlarged to be a fire exit, and the concrete patio replaced. Work was ok, we had a lot of cleanups after the window was cut out which we did not really expect. Communication with subcontractors was not good. The patio installer, a subcontractor, saved the project in at the last second. They had NO idea what they needed to do and said that is typical when they work for Foundation pros. But pulled people in from other projects to make it happen. Happy with finished project."

They drafted a plan and advised on how to prevent water intruding on the east wall of our house, which consisted of a front and back bedroom. The water was currently only entering from the back bedroom, so Groundworks advised to put in an interior french drain and waterproofing. My wife and I specifically asked whether we should also mitigate the front bedroom, and they advised against because it would entail losing the bedroom closets, and the existing plan would mitigate water for the entire side of the house. We also specifically asked if we had water intrusion later in the front bedroom if it would be covered under the warranty and they confirmed that it would be covered. Now less than 2 years later, I have water in my front basement bedroom every time it rains. I have contacted the company repeatedly, and while they initially, verbally stated that they would correct the work and make things right, they have"

"They were supposed to take the slate that I already had and flip it over. We argued about that and I just got tired of arguing with her. It's like she does what she wants to do. She did not do the job nicely and no attention to detail. And they took all my molts and they did not bring it back and they brought some garbage instead. I even called her to made if specific. With the concrete, I don't have any complaint for that, they did a great job, but with the slate, they were not painting the slate correctly. That's a wrong color and they were messy and yellow stands out. She brought me yellow instead of brown. It was supposed to be brown not yellow but she bring me yellow. I ended up painting it myself. And I just got tired of arguing with her. She did give me $150 as a refund because I was going to paint it myself. She brought me flowers and the plants were dying. She brought six plants and two of them were dying and I did not made that attention. She brought me two more of the same time which were wrong to begin with. I didn't know how to fix it. So, I used the app and they told me they were sick. I'm still working with them. But the last two were dying too and I was not going to go through it."
