"Dan and his crew helped us out of a bind as our refrigerator leaked and our wood floors that Footprints Floors installed last year (to the day) got severely damaged. We were worried that we might have to redo the entire main level. Dan assured my wife and I that they will be able to not only fix the damaged boards, but also be able to lace the stain in making it look like nothing happened. The first thing that they did was a moisture test and they communicated to us immediately that the damage is not too bad and that, while some boards needed to be replaced, the rest can just be sanded and then stained and coated to match the existing floor. Hearing this made us feel better, but, still, we were worried that this may no happen. We kept getting reassurances from Dan and his team that all will be okay and to just be patient. Well, here we are after a few days that the work started and we are amazed at the tremendous job Dan and his team did on our wood floors! It really doesn't look like anything happened!! Everyone has their own experiences, but I was able to text Dan and he responded promptly with my questions. He and his team really cared about our needs and wanted to make sure we were satisfied in every way. In fact, we just asked for an extra coat and Dan went out of his way to ensure that someone comes tomorrow morning to get this done!!! "Very well! Courteous, respectful, truly listened to my questions, explaining his answers until I understood the situations thoroughly. I have very little experience/knowledge in home repairs I am an elderly female..... EASILY could have been price gauged and/or taken advantage of my lack of knowledge concerning the repairs needed. Chris, and his employee, did NOT do this. My property's work had to be fitted around the weather, so completion took a while. This was fully explained to me, as it occurred. My availability schedule was wide open, so weather was not an issue for me. Chris was even working into darkness, in order to complete the jobs in a timely fashion. His employee even worked in a surprise snowstorm. No disrespectful words, or foul language, out of either of them. If they generated any trash or debris, they promptly removed it. Chris even picked up anOTHER company’s trash that had been left strewn throughout my property (lunch break debris)! This is a “Christian business “, which was irrelevant to my needs. Chris did NOT press any evangelical remarks on me…it had no bearing on my decision to hire him. He did good quality work. His company may be fairly small compared to some, but Chris has the knowledge, and the drive, to grow his company, due to his honesty, perseverance and hard work. If I had had any problems or issues with the work holding up over the long haul, I haven’t any doubt that Chris & his crew would come back, fixing whatever the issue might have been."

"I had carpet installation performed by one company who did a fabulous job. Very professional, very efficient and their craftmanship was impeccable. I had a difficult job that included sealing pet odors. When done there was no pet odors and they did the install sooner than expected. "The scheduler did not tell me I had to furnish materials, so wrapping porch columns in vinyl could not be done. I assumed quoted price included materials. It did not. The workman who did the other jobs (repairing stairs, cutting off a door, fixing an ill hanging door and repairing two cabinet hinges) did a good job. However the scheduler corrected the price and quoted $1257 for the work accomplished, which only took 6 hours. That is over $200 an hour. Happy with the work, unhappy with the price."

His professionalism was a huge contribution on the successful completion of the floor installation. A good quality I highly appreciated was that he was very clean. After his work was completed you would have never noticed that any type of remodeling was done. All I had to do was put my personal belongings back into place, very appreciated!
