And then, instead of resolving the solution and fixing the repairs. He had cussed me over. Cussed over the phone in front of my kid, and accuse me of not having the money. When all I asked was to fix what needs to be up to code. I had offered to have him meet with me and the inspectors to go over their repairs."

We have 2 total employees ranging in experience from 20+ years down to 2 years. We do not use subcontractors for anything except gardening. We give free estimates which constitutes an initial consultation and estimate. Anything beyond a 1 hour consultation is billed at my hourly rate of $95, which would be rolled into the estimate should a customer contract work with us.
