Since I had waited she would give me a 75.00 discount...I committed I was getting that for the food drive so she said she would give me a 100.00 total discount. Then they call at 7:15 to reschedule for Thursday...1st if the list. First huh. Kept calling no ETA then I call at 2 to be told they were on the way. The techs get there. They tell me that the dispatcher has no authority to give me a discount and the can drive was not longer in effect. I said I waited over 13 hours in two days to get NO discount! Oh we are authorized 25.00. It will be 176.00 to try the 1 st solution. OK. It works...10 minutes max and it is fixed. With the discount it would be 246.00 for the 10 minutes of work."
