"Gilbert Garcia was our technician for this job. He was on time, courteous, personable, and highly professional. We needed a garage door opener release lock replaced and a new entry key lock or key pad. We discussed the situation with Gilbert and together we determined, because we are selling the home, that all we asked for was really not necessary.
