I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

I am a luxury real estate broker in the Lake Oswego/West Linn and Portland areas, and they've done a lot of work with the investor and portfolio management clients I represent. Our current properties range from $1.6-5M, and some are often high end rentals for transitional athletes (Portland Trail Blazers, Timbers); we've never had any complaints with the finishes or quality of work, and Freestone does everything we need in high-wear environments quickly and affordably, and they work hard to accommodate our complex scheduling needs with seasonal and long-term tenants moving in and out. That said, weâ ve had a couple issues with scheduling, but theyâ re growing and busy, so the growing pains are understandable. Their pay-at-close option is excellent for sellers who want to maximize resale value without deploying cash; itâ s been awesome being able to extend this offer to my seller clients."

When the leak came back during Portland's sudden monsoon rains, Jon dropped everything and came out to do a quick patch. When that didn't work, he came back two days later with a co-worker, on zero lead, to find the leaks and do a full reshingling. The two cheerily worked into the early dark to fix the roof that day. His rates are by far the best we've seen, and he's just naturally a gregarious guy and an obvious good person who will do whatever it takes for his customers.
