"Joe was super responsive and professional throughout the project. We ran into a few glitches here and there but he was always on the phone and in most cases on site within 24 hours. He was respectful, forthright, and communicative. The siding crew was great - cleaned up every day, checked in with us when they saw us, worked long hours to get the job done. The painting crew was a bit less clean in terms of the site, but we understand there were some new painters on the crew. When the old siding came off the front porch and we saw that it was "under engineered" Joe was great in terms of giving us options from a shoring up to a full rebuild. We went with the rebuild, which complicated the timing and crews a bit and slowed things down. The carpenter on the porch was great as well. In the end we were very satisfied with the job and with Joe and company (despite the porch throwing everything off by months)."

"Our job is replacement of broken siding boards. Three parts. First, initial on-site meeting with Tim Gentry. He was on time, courteous and explained well-known problems with CertainTeed siding. He explained options to repair existing fractures and cracks. After the initial meeting Tim sent an estimate/contract. It was consistent with onsite walk around. Second, the crew showed up on scheduled date and time. They came prepared with tools & equipment necessary to do the work. They had adequate replacement (Hardi-Plank siding) boards. The work was completed on schedule and included repair to caulking and replacement pieces in high spots. This is a family construction company - they worked together. The lead man, Gary - Tim's dad nailed loose boards to provide a uniform surface area, ready to be painted in two weeks. Finally, third - they removed damaged boards and cleaned up the work site. I appreciated the thorough construction process explanation given to me about the job. Thanks Tim."

"Dave painted our house 2 years ago and did an excellent job, so when we needed additional things done we called him and he did excellent work again. The siding work involved removing an outdoor faucet and fitting it around phone and electrical boxes. He replaced deck boards, cleaned and prepped everything, and used an "armor coat" paint that should last a long time. He cleaned and stained the fence in the front and side of the house. He is easy to work with and takes great pride in his work. Cost included all materials and was a great value. I would use him again."

"May 15 2018 we had a new roof put on our home. After many bids on a total roof replacement we decided to go with West Coast Roofing and Painting located in SE Portland. My experience from start to finish was totally a pleasure. They completely explained the different roofing products and the advantage of each. There was no up sale on any product just facts on their quality. As I said from start to finish it was a pleasure working with them. In a day and a half they transformed our roof to a master piece. Our sales rep Lee was extremely personable, spent a lot of time ensuring we had details upfront, and was on par with his follow up. The crew that put roof on was on time every day, very interactive and educational at every step, and worked tirelessly despite the heat. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away after completion. I only gave price a B as we did not go with the cheapest, but the high quality is well worth the cost."

"We were impressed with the professionalism and the look of the house when they were done. They provided any paint product you preferred. We decided on Benjamin Moore cuz we liked the specific gray color they offered. The crew showed up on time and we're done in a day and a half. The quote included some trim on the outside around the garage end roof Peaks that we had repainted green because the old beige color was fading. They also touched up corner of the living room ceiling strip where I had splashed gold it's when we last painted saving us from having to repaint the whole ceiling and the match was perfect. Also repainted the back of the metal front door which was old and dirty looking and the bottom of the fireplace which also needed freshening up from its dirty white color. I asked them to cleanup or touch up some previous paint left or from an old paint job and they did so so on that but I'm not complaining. For the price, lack of family inconvenience, and overall finished product we could not have done better. They were considerably cheaper than two of our beds which made my wife nervous but she needn't have been, they did a great job."
