"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. "The crew arrived on Sunday, September 16, 2012.  Removed old shingles and replaced with new.  Ran a little short on materials, so returned on Tuesday, September 18, 2012 and completed job.
I spoke to Mr. Strahan about the professionalism of the crew.  If I wasn't having the siding replaced, we would have had a problem.  The crew put several marks/scratches on the existing siding.
Mr. Strahan was very concerned and said he would make it right.  I told him he didn't have to since I was having it replaced.  I just told him he might want to have a talk with his crew.
Overall, the work on the roof was good.
