"I’m back again to write another stellar review for GAC. Last year they replaced our HVAC system; this year we circled back and had them install a home generator. This was a long and drawn out process due to the various approvals needed from Montgomery County as well as coordination with Washington Gas (which ended up not just being a simple sign off but necessitating an additional, expensive upgrade to the gas line from the street to our home). Nevertheless, GAC did a fantastic job shepherding this process over the 6+ months of waiting on stakeholders, and they were also maximally accommodating to our family’s significant constraints on time and availability (due to health concerns related to a medically fragile family member). A special kudos to Sandy M, GAC’s master electrician, who took it on personally to ensure we were taken care of all throughout this process, going above and beyond with phone calls, text messages, personal visits, etc. on behalf of my family, I want to thank GAC and am giving top marks across the board for this effort which was complex , lengthy, and ultimately successful."

"Grove Heating & Cooling came to the rescue 5/17 after another local company couldn't complete the job. We needed our heat pump/compressor moved for the installation of a patio then reconnected. The "other" company disconnected then couldn't schedule to finish even after giving them a months notice ahead of time. We found Grove and gave them a call. It was after hours and the on-call tech returned the call. He wasn't able to come out that night but made sure to call to schedule the very next morning. By noon we had service to reconnect the heat pump and 3 hours later we were up and running. Everyone at Grove were so responsive and went out of their way to make sure we felt like a priority. You can really tell why they have been in business as long as they have been with how well they treat their customers on top of being technically proficient. Our family is now a super fan and advocate for Grove. Highly Recommended! Mike"

I was desperate looking into many different companies. Many of them, came over to my house and did estimates at ridiculously high prices. Luckily, I found Hecomo. They came to my house, did an estimate and were ready to install my AC/heating unit very quickly and at a good price. Also, the customer service was great. They were there for me throughout the whole process. They explained to me everything that I needed to know about the system and the features. Everything is very modern and updated. "Perfect! Doug is an expert Plumber that knows private water system. He removed the old equipment and installed the new. Everything is still working great. The work was done almost 13 years ago. We used all Top of the line Gould Equipment. I probably should call Doug to replace it again because breakdowns with the water system can leave you stranded."
