"This is the 2nd time that we used MD Curbscape to create a nice backyard space. 8 years we had a patio and all way installed and we received compliments until the day we moved. Just last week, we had a stamped concrete patio installed and had our 2 car parking pad extended to fit 4 cars! We love our patio, in particular the unique size and colors! "So it's been 3 months since Granite Garage Floors - Baltimore came out and resurfaced our garage floor (20 x 20 = 400 sq ft) . I.LOVE.OUR.GARAGE.FLOOR!!! Their professional service was top notch in every way. Great communication and the job was complete in 2 x consecutive days. The floor looks fabulous. So glad we did this and feel THIS IS THE WAY TO GO in sealing garage floors for a permanent seal, texture, exquisite look and lifetime guarantee! It was late June when this was done and HOT. It took about 2 weeks for the off gassing to finally stop. If I kept the garage door down, the gases would build up, but after I left it up about 5 inches during the day, after a few days, the smell was gone. I would ABSOLUTELY DO IT AGAIN. If I did the basement, I'd wait until warm weather with open windows or doors and fans to promote the dissipation of the off gassing - but I would definitely do this in a basement, front porch, driveway, patio, or many indoor or outdoor locations. Easy to clean, too! 400 sq ft @ $2,500 = $6.25 per sq foot I feel it's an expensive floor finish, but worth every penny and I believe will last decades!!!"

"Apex Masonry went above and beyond in responding to our needs and concerns. James Aguilera provided us a great amount of detail on how Apex would complete the project. He guided us through a painless process from estimate to job completion. The patio was carefully constructed with a durable gravel and sand foundation. The pavers were laid tight and level. The boarder has additional durability with a concrete foundation to prevent shifting. The front stoop looks better than ever! The steps have always been uneven with the first riser at about 3” and the second at about 9”. Peter, the project manager, skillfully demolished part of the first step and the forward edge of the second. The reconstruction resulted in two evenly sized steps. After repointing, the stoop looks incredibly revitalized and new. My wife and I are very pleased with Apex Masonry and highly recommend."

"Maxc Impressions did an amazing job. They were prompt, professional and I was particularly impressed with the prep work he did prior to paining. I was a bit nervous as he was painting my kitchen after my new cabinets were installed - worried about getting paint on the cabinets before I even had a chance to use them! In addition to great prep work and great painting, they did a great job protecting my new cabinets! We did the 8 hour special and couldn't believe how low the price was for all that we got."

"May, 2021. I would highly recommend Barlow Concrete. I am writing this review on my own accord; they don't know I'm posting this. After interviewing 4 contractors, I chose Barlow to make a 22"x 10' patio, front walkway, and driveway border to the property line. They gave me a very competitive price. I chose them because I felt the most comfortable with the project manager, Andrew. Andrew also gave me a construction date that was sooner than later - within 7 business days - and were quite flexible with me, as I had to work through an HOA. The crew was outstanding. Quick, efficient, and left a very remarkable product - including a solution to the driveway edging - which was to build in a curb. They taped everything off and cleaned up the area very well. This company cares. In the early evening, Andrew came by to check the work and my satisfaction with it. That rarely happens nowadays. I am tremendously pleased."

"Jared provided an estimate and then applied for all required permits. He kept us informed of progress and scheduled work. He did a great job. The owner Steve worked on the job and did a great job evening out and making sure all steps were the same. They were punctual and professional. They used extra barb wire to strengthen concrete. They used plywood to protect our lawn as wheelbarrows of concrete were moved. Cleanup was great - no mess. Rail looks great. Katie in office also did great follow up and kept us informed. Just a very positive experience. Would recommend All Ready Finished (did I mention they were fast?) for any concrete job."
