"This company, 12 Figure Consultations, came to my house and gave me a quote. Simple job, rake up all the sticks, take up the old mulch and put down the new. I gave them deposit. When they returned for the job, they did half of it, and then said they wanted more money than the original proposal to finish it - 2 times more. When I disagreed to pay 2 times more money, they started arguing with me, telling me I am liar, and behaving aggressively that I feared for my safety. Then his partner was following me around my yard and telling me he liked me and asking if I liked him! I was very afraid for my safety and I told them to just go away, because not only I was afraid for my safety, but their shoddy business practices so disrespectful, give one price, do half the job, then demand more money than the original to finish. I told them take their trailors and just to leave but they wouldn't. Finally I started raking it myself, and then I paid them the more money just to get them to go away. When they drove away, the workers skidded his tires in the grass in my yard and went speeding down the street. Then he drove around the street 3 times. I still fear for my safety and even afraid to write this review."

"Josh and his team did an amazing job with my bathroom. This was a complete renovation - totally gutted and renovated the entire room, including the floor, walls and window removal. I could not imagine the room as it is now. They were always professional, friendly and extremely efficient. They are hard working and always clean and neat removing all trash and debris at the end of the day. I look forward to my next project with Josh and All In One Remodeling."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Shawn from Superior Damage Restoration to address a persistent water leak issue in my penthouse duplex unit. The problem was that water was seeping through from under the flooring and down the stairs whenever it rained. Previous contractors had incorrectly suggested that the issue was with the balcony door. Shawn and his team provided a comprehensive explanation of the root cause and took a thorough approach to resolve it. They removed the damaged flooring, waterproofed the balcony door, and even assisted with moving furniture around during the process. Despite their initial efforts, the issue persisted, but they didn't give up. Using thermal devices, they identified that the water was actually coming from the rooftop, down the wall frame studs, and into the floor. Once the true source was identified, they promptly waterproofed the rooftop, and after the next rain, I was relieved to see that no water came through. The team then continued with the flooring work, and Shawn offered an excellent choice of new flooring that perfectly matched the shade of the rest of the unit. I'm extremely satisfied with the work done by Shawn and his team. They were accommodating, responsive, efficient, and pleasant to have around.
