"Estimator came out when he said he would which was during the beginning of the pandemic. I was concerned because the kitchen had flooded and I needed repairs done. He was honest, fair and quoted a reasonable time and price. The next week plumbers Octavio and associate came and did an excellent job. They worked quickly and efficiently. They explained what they were doing so that I understood what was happening and took great care in not damaging new wooden floors that were put in two weeks prior. They wore mask and gloves because of COV19. Both men were kind and completely all about making me happy. I have not had any issues with what they have done which was replacing all old pipes for new ones. I am Very happy with Ehrhardt Brothers Plumbing and will hire them soon to install a new stove and dishwasher."

"I’m back again to write another stellar review for GAC. Last year they replaced our HVAC system; this year we circled back and had them install a home generator. This was a long and drawn out process due to the various approvals needed from Montgomery County as well as coordination with Washington Gas (which ended up not just being a simple sign off but necessitating an additional, expensive upgrade to the gas line from the street to our home). Nevertheless, GAC did a fantastic job shepherding this process over the 6+ months of waiting on stakeholders, and they were also maximally accommodating to our family’s significant constraints on time and availability (due to health concerns related to a medically fragile family member). "James Matthews was the John C. Flood plumber that responded to my call for water leakage from the kitchen faucet. He quickly located the source of the water leak and repaired it quickly. The cold water supply line valve had locked up and couldn't be turned off, so James quickly replaced the old dial valve with a 1/4 turn valve (which had already been done for the supply lines for the dishwater and hot water). In and out in quick order and cleaned up all debris. Very personable, too."
