He came over, evaluated the situation, and made some recommendations about redoing and fixing some areas of the grout, cleaning the shower tiles, grout, and the bathroom floors. He broke out all the different work in a quote and was not pushy about what parts of the work we did or didnâ t do. He was very detail-oriented from discussing the work to be done, to how he actually performed the work. He protected everything around the workspace and cleaned up when the job was finished. For the amount of time spent making our bathroom look like new again, we paid a very reasonable price and the work was meticulous and beautiful.
