"Excellent. Bob, who schedules the appointments, is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what the problem was when I called. They called the day before to confirm the appointment and also called on the day of the appointment to let us know when they expected to arrive. We're very satisfied with the work that was done. We'll definitely have them come back to inspect the chimney yearly."

"I contacted Jaime about repairing my deck a few weeks ago.  He came out, and I showed him exactly what I wanted done.   Eventually, the deck needs to be replaced, but I told Jaime that I was not ready to do that.  I told him that I only wanted to repair and/or replace several boards for now.  He listened to what I wanted and gave me a good estimate a few days later.

"We called Mr. Toth on Feb 1, 2012 because we needed an estimate to have a chimney cap installed and our laminate kitchen counter trimmed to fit refrigerator.

We already had the chimney cap but weren't able to have it installed because there was no place to attach it to the crumbling brick around the top.  We had just had the roof of the house done. The company who did the roof was also supposed to install the cap but neglected to inform us that because the chimney was crumbling, it would need to be built up before it could be installed.
