"We had Dutch's out twice, first for a big mold problem in our attic related to bad ventilation, and then later again when we discovered some mold above our basement windows. Rick and Mark were great to work with both times. You can tell they really care about the quality of work and their customers. I was very freaked out upon finding out that our attic was covered about 2/3 of the way with mold and Rick came out right away the next day to check it out and do a full inspection of the house. He clearly explained what was causing the mold issues and how to get rid of the mold and change our ventilation issues so it wouldn't happen again. After they were done remediating, which was done all in one day, the attic looked great. They also made sure to cover our carpets and cleaned up after themselves. The price was also lower than other places and very fair. Rick even came out again a few months later just to check and make sure everything still looked good after we fixed the ventilation and it did. We later discovered some surface mold that had developed above our old basement windows. Rick and Mark came out and took a look and also checked the attic again and said it still looked great! Mark came back out and sanitized the areas above the windows, and now you can't even tell there was any mold there. He was quick and efficient and so nice! He also carefully covered all our carpets where he would be walking. Thank you Rick and Mark for making dealing with mold an easy and efficient experience!"
