He made the process extremely simple on my end, was ceaselessly amicable, communicated every step very clearly, and performed the job to my exact specifications. "We originally went with Haven based on strong Angie's List reviews and because they had eco friendly products.  The price was a little better than another quote but we went with them based more on details noted above and the fact they are a small company, who seemed to take pride in their work. <br /> They showed up very promptly, the crew was friendly and professional, cleaned everything up and the finished product looks great! Many folks in the Pgh area go with another popular flooring person; I'm glad we explored other options to see what was out there as we won't have any plans to go elsewhere in the future. <br /> We had some minor water damage on some areas and lots of scratches and an area of deep gouges.  It all cleaned up great!  A minor correction was needed at the end of the job and Andrew and his team were on it immediately. He even allowed me to hit him up for advice on another staining project I was tackling on my own in the house! <br /> I commented to Andrew we've had minimal interactions with home improvement folks  but from what we've experienced to this point,  it seems that showing up, taking pride in your work and communicating efficiently and effectively with your customer are strangely more an exception than a rule. Andrew and his team do it right.   If only all home improvement experiences could be this positive.  <br />"
