Aiden was very interested in helping us fix the chimney leak and communication was great during our initial conversation. The team of two quickly accessed where the leak was coming from and repaired the top of the chimney and sealed around the flashing and a few other spots on the roof that needed attention. Aiden sent before and after pics to me while I was at work and he communicated clearly to my mother and was very respectful and explained everything that they did on the roof. Aiden also followed up with me personally to see if any leaks had occurred since the repair. None have occurred which is great! They were at my location when the insurance adjuster came, included everything I asked for in their quote, handled permit, and forced me to get approval from my HOA to close the loop before they started the work. Their crew showed up early in the morning, finished the work on my 2,800+ sqft roof in one day, and cleaned everything (including nails) before they left.
