Put the skimmer near the most heavily trafficked area, did not order permits, and tried to have us pull permits (do not do this. It will be your responsibility if anything goes wrong). After the second payment, he basically stopped working our pool and we would have to text him every day asking what was going on. He was going to use the wrong wire that would have burned out because it was not the proper size. Placed the pool light switch as far away from the house as possible. Poured the step higher than the foundation and now we have water pooling when it rains. This was by far, the most inexperienced contractor I have ever had. He has no business owning a pool company. Avoid at all costs, no matter the savings you think you will get. Run away!"

Maybe because I am a female, he thought that I didn't know and that he take advantage of me by over charging."

There were plans other than a conceptual sketch and Reggie was most amenable to design changes and working with me to achieve the best possible outcome.
