"Outstanding Home Improvement Company ever TOM PHELPS AND SONS CONSTRUCTION 317-502-0196 OMG! The best company I have ever used ever! I had 16,000 dollars (amt estimated by insurance) in water damage to my condo due to a neighbor's leaking washer. I obtained estimates from several different businesses that I found on Angie's List. Tom and his son and the rest of his team that have worked together for years did an outstanding job putting my condo together. They had to remove and install new Luxury Vinyl Planks, replace all baseboards, paint and caulk, trim. I added additional projects: Installed quartz countertop in kitchen; purchased new appliances that Tom and his team installed, removed old backsplash and installed new ceramic tiles. Incredibly knowledgeable, honest, worked daily and did an excellent job with the daily clean-up at the end of the day. Tom found for me the least expensive source for the quartz. As they worked, I added additional cosmetic needs through-out my condo that they repaired. There was no limit to what they were able to do and do it well.
