When the job was done, the new fixture didn’t cover the same area of the ceiling as the old one, and there was a slight ‘ring’ on one side of the ceiling. Chase brought the issue to my attention and offered to fix it at no extra cost (going back up on ladder and painting). Very impressive service and he clearly wanted to do a good job.
