"I made the appointment with the office. Joe, the owner’s son came out on the schedule time and was friendly, knowledgeable about the product and comfortable to work with. We made the deal and the order for 9 very large electronic blinds was place. The office kept us informed on the status of the order. When the blinds came in, a date was set for installation. The owner and our sales person showed up an hour early and went to work unloading the vehicles. They were friendly, hardworking, honest and knew their business. I had to do nothing; they moved the furniture carefully, removed the old blinds and took them to their vehicles, installed the new blinds and programmed them. At no time was there a mess in the house or where they worked out in the driveway. They finished and moved the furniture back and cleaned up. My wife and I were very impressed with this company and the product. There still is companies out there you can trust and receive quality workmanship."

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
