"First time they came they did a great job! I was quite impressed and pleased with the quality of the work and the attention to detail. The second time I had them come they didn't even clean the one bathroom, they barely cleaned surfaces and I had to go behind them after they left and re-clean! "The carpet was installed perfectly - the treatment we received regarding final cost was disappointing. We've spent over $10,000 with this company over the last 6 years and we would have spent more - this will be our last. We were told we would have to pay the full install cost even though the job was small. We understood and agreed to that. But when the installer came, he mentioned we would have to go with a different option for "finishing" the top step - we were not told about this option up front. This required taking a piece of carpeting back to the shop and having stitching added. We were then told we would have to pay an additional $50.00 for them to come back out to install the last piece - 1 step, 15 minute job. We already spent more than our fair share for the first trip - they even told us that. We feel it was very unfair to make us pay again for the second trip when we were never even told of this option - we believe we would have ordered it from the start had we known."
