Gary Gates was older, great work ethic, experienced, and had EVERYTHING on his truck to repair or replace my hot water tank. Being in a rural area, that was a new one for me. Usually service people have to go back to town for parts. He spoke directly to HomeServe on the phone; got them to understand a repair would still require a replacement very soon and be a waste of money, so they agreed to the replacement; I agreed to pay the cost of the upgrades I needed to be to code and he installed the new water heater. It was a very seamless job, and done very clean and neat, with good information all along the way about what I needed to do to take good care of it too. Anyway, Josh did a great job and went the extra mile of replacing some existing pvc pipes/fittings with copper and brass. I didnâ t get a chance research price, but for the quality of the work performed and the importance of getting it done in a timely manner, it was worth it."
