"Mike called me immediately after I sent him a request. He kept me up to date on what was going on with the part. He swept behind my stove where I did not have to. I highly recommend Mike. Mike also took the fee off that I had to pay when he first came out since I used him."

"The technician, Labon, was excellent. He had seen this problem before and knew exactly what to do. And his price was fair for what he had to do."

"Richard was very thorough. He took the time to explain the pros and cons. He treated me like a valued customer not a number. Kim followed up and I couldn’t be happier. I definitely recommend R & K Appliance Repair"

"Alex did an outstanding job. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the dishwasher and replaced a part. Then that did not totally fix the problem, he found a sink valve connected to the dishwasher was corroded. Although a "plumber problem" he went the extra mile to get a new valve from Home Depot and replace it. Now my dishwasher works as good as new. As far as the icemaker, I was told by another appliance repair company that I would have to replace it (for $2500), Alex got the ice maker working within 20 minutes without replacing a part! I highly recommend VK repair!!"

"Nick was totally professional and completely resolved my problem. He will be my GO-TO contact for all future appliance issues!"

"The plumber arrived on time, in uniform, and was friendly but professional in attending to business. This company provides a list of services and fees up front. He worked quickly and efficiently and had the parts he needed right on the truck. I will be calling this company again today to take care of another plumbing problem I have.
